Bolt knocks Haaker down.

The track laid out by the organizers of the first Israeli GP had given pride of place to technicality. Narrow with its curves that follow one another, tricky, suffocating leaving no time to catch your breath. It was on this very slippery dirt track that the 3 rounds of the Jerusalem GP took place. The Airoh holeshot rewards the fastest driver to pass the first corner at the start of a race. At this game and since the beginning of the season, it is the American Colton HAAKER who leads the debates.

In the first final of the evening, the official Husqvarna rider will also confirm his position as leader. He takes the best start, while he has on the same row as him big names such as Billy BOLT (GBR-Husqvarna), Jonny WALKER (GBR-Beta) or Cody WEBB (USA-Sherco). At the first corner, HAAKER is the first to cross the Airoh gate. He takes the lead from a valiant Billy BOLT who will not be long in seizing the head of the race. In the second final, taking advantage of his position with the inverted grid, it was Taddy BLAZUSIAK (POL-GasGas) who signed the holeshot. But the Pole who is spending a delicate evening in Jerusalem will not be able to resist the return of Billy BOLT and Jonny WALKER. In the final heat, Billy BOLT pulled away from the grid like the devil and took the lead at the first corner. The English will no longer be joined. He wins his third race of the evening,  signing his second hat trick of the season after the one from Lodz at the start of the season. Thanks to this last dazzling start, the 2021 champion wins the Airoh Holeshot of the first Israeli Grand Prix.

Only the two races held in Germany in the SachsenArena in Riesa (next March 19 and 20) remain to know the winner of the 2022 season of the Airoh Holeshot.
