SALVINI Set to Defy the Stars of SuperEnduro!

After Cristobal and Victor GUERRERO (E - Yamaha), another well known paddock star from EnduroGP is coming to try his luck in the FIM Maxxis SuperEnduro World Championship this season; the Italian Alex SALVINI!

However, this is not a debut SuperEnduro experience for Alex SALVINI. Indeed, the rider from Bologna participated in the Championship in 2012, where he finished in a very respectable 4th place.
The 2013 E2 World Champion will be ready at the Tauron Arena in Krakow (Poland) on the 9th of December with his Factory Beta!
SALVINI also took part in the SuperEnduro race organised during EICMA, the famous motorcycle show in Milan, at the beginning of November. “SALVO” enioyed success there, winning ahead of the Factory Husqvarna rider Billy BOLT (GB), and his compatriot Thomas OLDRATI (I).

Alex SALVINI: “I loved my SuperEnduro season in 2012. I really enjoyed it and it reminded me of my old MX years. With the success and increased competition of this Championship, I made the decision to come back this season! I saw in Milan that I was not too rusty and I was able to rub elbows with the other riders. So I can’t wait to be at the season opener in Poland!

Therefore, a third EnduroGP rider arrives in the 2018 Championship, which has been more or less devoid of top EnduroGP riders for the last couple of years. Proof that the exploits of HAAKER, WALKER and GOMEZ has attracted new interest, and highlights the growing popularity of this spectacular discipline.
